Lisa is an incredible agent who goes above and beyond every expectation to make home-buying an easy experience. She listened to our concerns and must-haves and made herself available anytime we had questions. We lived out of town during the pandemic bidding wars and Lisa acted as our eyes and ears, touring homes repeatedly, sending walk-through videos, and not letting us get discouraged during a very stressful time. Lisa was wonderful to work with! She was helpful and patient at every step in the process. We had a fast close, so we were lucky to work with someone who was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. And since buying a house is stressful, we particularly liked that she was always cheerful and encouraging. She managed to keep us optimistic when things got dicey, yet she never made us feel pressured into making a decision we weren't comfortable with. Her local knowledge is excellent and she understands how things get done. I'll be recommending her to everybody I know!
I wish there was a box to check here for “hustle” or “grit”. Those are words I think also describe Lisa and her representation style. We very much enjoyed working with Lisa because we knew she was willing to do everything in her power to help us get a great outcome. She is also very personable and a pleasure to be around — a must when you’re working so closely with someone during this process. Would highly recommend working with Lisa!
